“A Study of Contrasts…” Love me some “Tractor Supply” even while not quite awake enough to be there on an early morning. Visiting this store felt like a “cultural experience.” (I definitely felt like “Dorothy IN Kansas.”) Located seriously out in the boonies of Pembroke Pines, I rolled up & immediately took in the unique view of a parking lot with many oversize trucks (and not one compact) & for good reason. You will need that truck to transport your new chicken coop no doubt! (Available for only $599.) That coop was impressively well-built & I briefly questioned whether that was something I would actually ever need & pondered if it could also house bunnies? —All those need to know, perplexing farming facts inspired by TSC. I visited on the hunt for red deck chairs for a holiday event I’m planning in Dec… yes, I’m early—I try to shop in advance for best prices & all the red closer to me was either sold out or too expensive. (Here, the cashier matched the online, advertised price.) So apparently this store is refusing to price match which keep in mind ITS THIER POLICY. Sophia claims that Julio another team person told her no earlier today for another customer. So TSC just lost another 2 customers. We often do the 40 minute drive to this store for all of our needs when comes to our 15 dogs and 11 chickens. Let’s do the math on the loss smh. And the answer I got is because the store doesn’t make enough to offer a price match. Well yes your prices have gone up incredibly high compared to other TSC stores in FL and these young kids have no clue how to speak to customers. These young kids never clean up the store, they will send a bunch of other customers to the dog wash room even though it’s full. Then you have dogs trying to fight each other. To the owner you should close this location and open towards Ft. Laud area where most of your customers come from. Or get this store changed up really quick.

The store has a decent selection of farm supplies and hardware, which is great for projects around the house. However, the checkout process can be a bit slow at times, and I wished the staff was more attentive. Overall, it's a solid place to find what you need, just be prepared for some wait time.

We've been to MANY Tractor Supply stores all over Florida and were very excited when this one opened. Since they opened, we've been getting dog food, shavings, barn supplies, rv supplies, baby chicks... all kinds of things. Over the past year, we've witnessed the major decline in customer service, cleanliness of the store, lack of order in shelves, empty shelves that staff says "oh we have that in the back" and then they get it (if it's there, why isn't it stocked??), clueless employees and just general apathy. Today is our last time. While parking, we jokingly notice there are more shopping carts in the lot than cars. Of course there are no carts outside the front door so good thing i grabbed a cart walking in. There are 4 employees standing behind the register for 1 customer and another employee standing outside the register area... while ALL the carts are scattered across the lot. The floor, again, is extremely dirty where the cart slides when turning. The shoe and clothing area is in shambles. I don't blame the lackadaisical and apathetic employees. This is an abhorrent lack of good management and we will not be returning to this location. It's like a different company than the

Massive let down seeing the place from day one to now it’s like are you guys going out of business? There is stuff all over the place can’t even walk in areas and I’m sure you will fail a fire inspection blocking doors and paths to doors that are exits.
